Preverify is not used when programming

Problem environment

Chip programming applications like openocd(1) can preverify chip conditions when programming new firmware binaries.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Review openocd(1) documentation
  2. Locate instructions to preverify

Expected result

Sendcomm firmware is programmed using preverify when considered beneficial.

Actual result

Programming operations are carried out with simple post verification.

Severity level

This is low priority because project requirements do not mandate user programming.
