Integrate PMOD sensors

Problem environment

The Digilent PMOD peripheral platform is well documented and can be leveraged to extend features to the end user.

Steps to reproduce

1. Observe the layout
2. Search for a PMOD

Expected result

A PMOD interface and appropriate connector exists and is documented.

Actual result

No PMOD interface exists, nor is there documentation describing it.

Severity level

This is low priority because project requirements do not include peripheral expansion.

There is neither board surface area nor project hours available for the resource intensive integration of peripheral expansion interfaces, so this bug report will not resolve.
