P2P application fails to print to serial console

Problem environment

The peer to peer (P2P) application sample illustrates the use of LoRa modulation in communications while requiring no gateway or IP connectivity.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Build firmware/SendcommPeer2P
  2. Program, start, and reset the MCU
  3. Observe output from the UART

Expected result

Informative text is printed to the serial console.

Actual result

No text is printed to the serial console.

Severity level

This is medium because project requirements state a set of sample firmware.
