Create a test jig

Problem environment

Test jigs such as the one described by document SCH_14-A21043-03 automate hardware assurance.

Expected result

A full featured test jig exists.

Actual result

No test jig exists.

Severity level

This is low priority because project requirements do not mandate a test jig.

The jig shown in SCH_14-A21043-03 looks great, but probably takes a year to complete. It is out of the scope of this project, so close this report.

Reopen following d8106eb to allow limited (EEPROM and MCU flash) operation when testing.
